Sheila Menair, CDFA®

Wealth Advisor

Do something today that your future self will appreciate. I help clients take their next steps and believe their efforts now will make a big impact on their future financial well-being. Together, we have honest, clear conversations—so you can move forward with purpose, focus on what matters most to you, and retire when the time is right for you.

I think outside the box in financial planning, particularly in investment strategy and retirement planning. For 22 years, I have guided clients through ever-changing market cycles with thoughtful investment management, building trusted, long-term relationships. I create a clear financial blueprint and focus on the details that matter most. Those details are what make the difference between good results and truly great outcomes.

As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, I work with individuals navigating one of life’s most challenging transitions. I advocate for clarity, fairness, and informed decision-making before, during, and after divorce. My role is to be a steady financial ally—helping clients understand their options, avoid costly mistakes, and move forward with greater confidence and control.

Supporting and empowering women is central to my work, both professionally and in my community. I am the co-founder and director of Together Invested, a nonprofit organization where I volunteer alongside an incredible group of female professionals to host monthly workshops for women. We address financial taboos, build financial proficiency, and support women as they navigate divorce. Together, we are building a stronger, more financially empowered community.

Maine holds a special place in my heart, and I feel incredibly fortunate to live here and work at Back Cove Financial. My husband and I live in Falmouth, and our daughter now calls New York City home. On weekends, you’ll often find me outdoors tending to far too many flower beds. In the winter, I’m happiest curled up with a great book or watching the Boston Bruins. It’s the simple things in life that continue to make me richer, wiser, and happier.
